Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel is in a convenient location close to the Brooklyn Bridge and Battery Park, with easy access to Chinatown and the Subway. The rooms are clean, not noisy, and a decent size for New York, providing a comfortable stay. The friendly service staff went out of their way to help and provide information about the town, although there might be some areas for improvement noted by the builders or owners. The dining experience exceeded expectations, offering a variety of quality food items that saved us money. Overall, a good value for money choice.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, while clean, had a bit of a bad smell and seemed to have issues with the air conditioning. The service, particularly from the front desk clerk Ava, was exceptional and accommodating. The location, although ideal for exploring southern Manhattan, felt a bit insecure at night. The dining options were good, especially the hearty breakfast spread. Overall, a stay with highs and lows.
I had a great stay at this hotel in Chinatown. The rooms were spacious and clean, though a bit noisy due to the proximity to the elevators. The service was excellent, especially thanks to Marie. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the subway and complimentary coffee all day. The dining experience was decent, offering a variety of hot and cold items. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay.
The hotel is not top-notch but has its charm with a good location and friendly staff. The rooms, though on the smaller side, are clean and cozy. Dining offers a pleasant surprise with a generous breakfast spread. While the location may seem a bit out of the way, it provides a different, authentic experience. The value for money is reasonable considering the overall experience.
